Total time ranges from 80 minutes to four hours. For options that include a massage or facial, the duration covers hydrotherapy, the chosen treatment and time in the lounge.
What do I need to bring?
Just your swimsuit, which is required for the hydrotherapy circuit. We provide non-slip sandals, towels, toiletries and a hairdryer.
Can I book just the hydrotherapy circuit?
Yes. The Wellness Hydrotherapy Circuit is a standalone experience with a total duration of 80 minutes.
How do I choose the most suitable experience?
Start with what you need to feel. The Personalised Relaxation Massage is the most versatile option for a first visit. For a specific need, choose based on the focus area or the result you're looking for.
Are the experiences for two only for couples?
No. The Romantic Spa Ritual is designed for couples. Bonds of Affection was created for friends, family, or any two people who are close.
How do I use a voucher, and how long is it valid for?
You can book through the "I have a voucher" area of the website, by email at info@theretreat.pt, or by phone at +351 935 322 990, quoting your voucher code. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
You can change the date or time up to 48 hours before your scheduled slot, by calling +351 935 322 990 or emailing info@theretreat.pt. After that deadline, the booking can no longer be changed or refunded, and the full amount will be charged.
