For 80 minutes, the journey is entirely yours. You can move freely between the jacuzzi, the Turkish bath, the sauna and the contrast showers, staying in each space for as long as your body asks.

Por razões de segurança, e uma vez que as nossas instalações e equipa não estão preparadas para prestar cuidados pré-natais, o THE ReTREAT não aceita reservas durante a gravidez. Após o parto, recomendamos que obtenha autorização médica antes de utilizar o circuito de hidroterapia ou de receber tratamentos de spa.
